CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

“This cancellation policy outlines about how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform. “

Under this policy:

Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made 1 day of placing the order. However, cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to such sellers / merchant(s) listed on the Platform and they have initiated the process of shipping them, or the product is out for delivery. In such an even, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.

Candles Cabinet does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, the refund / replacement can be made if the user establishes that quality of the product delivered is not good.

 In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team. The request would be entertained once the seller/ merchant listed on the Platform, has checked and determined the same at its own end. This should be reported within 1 Day of receipt of products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2 days of receiving the product. The customer service team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision. 

In case of complaints regarding the products that come with a warranty from the manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

In case of any refunds approved by Candles Cabinet, it will take 2-3 days for the refund to be processed to you, process will be started after receiving the items on our door step. The return-shipping charges are on customer only. Refund amount will be generated after deducting return-shipping charges.

No other cases are valid for refund or replacement.

Once you complete the shipping payment, we will process with the order. Delivery-Timing will be provided as per request. All customs & additional taxes are the customer’s liability.

1. Never leave Unattended:
   Always extinguish the candle before leaving the room or going to sleep. A burning candle should never be left unsupervised.

2. Keep Away from Children and pets:
   Ensure the candle is placed in an area inaccessible to children and pets to prevent accidents or injury.

3. Use on Heat Resistant Surface:
   Place the candle on a stable, heat resistant surface to prevent the risk of fire or damage to furniture.

4. Trim Wick Before Each Use:
   Before lighting the candle, trim the wick to approximately 1/4 inch to promote an even burn and minimize soot buildup.

5. Avoid Drafts and Flammable Objects:
   Position the candle away from drafts, vents, curtains, and other flammable objects to prevent accidental ignition.

6. Mindful Extinguishing:
   Extinguish the candle using a snuffer or gently blow it out. Avoid using water to extinguish as it can cause how wax to splatter.

7. Wait for cooling:
   Allow the candle to cool completely before moving it or relighting it to prevent burns or spills.

8. Medical Conditions:
   If you have any medical situations, we suggest to avoid fragrances, perfumes and candles.
